Procured from Japan, the Cotton Dyed Canvas fabric is crafted from No. 8 canvas. We spare no expense in using double-layered fabric, followed by a gentle wash to enhance the softness of the material. The three-dimensional lettering of ‘Mistake’ may show signs of wear over time, which is the intended effect.

*Material

Japan COTTON DYED CANVAS refers to dyed pure cotton canvas, which is dyed after being woven (piece-dyed), ensuring uniform color. This fabric employs a plain weave, the most classic method for canvas, with warp and weft threads interlaced tightly, resulting in a structure that is extremely robust, durable, and wear-resistant.

(Specification & Thickness)

”No.8 Canvas“ (8ごうはんぷ). In Japan‘s canvas specification, a smaller number indicates a thicker and heavier canvas. No. 8 canvas is classified as medium to thick, offering more durability than the commonly found No. 10 and No. 11 canvases while remaining lighter and softer than the extreme-load No. 6 or No. 4 canvases.
