退貨/換貨

- 我們希望您對從 The Great Mistake 購買的商品百分百滿意。 如果出於任何原因您不滿意,我們很樂意為任何退回的商品提供商店積分、退款或換貨。 減價商品和中古貨品不接受退貨/換貨。


- 退貨必須在收到商品後 7 天內郵寄退回。 商品必須未經磨損,明顯穿著痕跡,並附有原始標籤和原始包裝。


- 請在退貨時附上原始裝箱單,以避免處理延誤。 收到包裹後,我們的倉庫將處理退貨,並通過電子郵件通知您。


- 我們保留隨時更正、更新或更改我們的退貨/退款/換貨政策的權利,恕不另行通知。

  • Shipping

    Standard shipments will ship via SF Express,USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in HONG KONG,Local will ship via SF Express You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

  • 退貨/換貨

    - We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Great Mistake.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.

    - Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging.

    - Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

    - We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
